These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Clarity Coaching, also known as Cking Assistance LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our website https://coachingwithchristi.com and any related platforms, digital courses, mobile apps, or online materials (together, the “Site”).

By accessing or using our Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be marked with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your needs. Our refund policy for digital products is as follows:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available if requested within 3 days of purchase.

  • After the Window: Once the 3-day window has passed, all fees are non-refundable.

  • How to Request: Email ready@coachingwithchristi.com with your order details within 3 days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscriptions & Payment Authorization

  • Recurring Billing: By subscribing to any ongoing service, you authorize Clarity Coaching to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing date through your account portal (via Bonsai) or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Digital Delivery: Providing access credentials or login information counts as delivery of digital products.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including course materials, videos, audio, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials (“Content”)—is either owned by Clarity Coaching or used under license. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Content is strictly prohibited.
