Executive Assistants manage a lot more than just calendars.

Each day is filled with shifting priorities. And in a time of AI and automation, we as Executive Assistants need to be able to manage the unforeseen moments that technology cannot assist us with.

As your coach, we work through managing those priorities, develop strong communication skills with Executives, and also dive into how to balance your personal needs with work’s requirements. Because as humans, our lives are unpredictable and there are times our personal needs make managing our team’s needs a challenge. So how do we balance it all?

That’s where I come in.

I know what it is like to be under a significant amount of pressure. There have been days I thought “I got this” and there have also been days where my inner voice screamed “you don’t have any of this.” And guess what…I did have it.

I believe those moments built me to be your coach.

Who I Work With

I work with executive assistants who are:

  • Managing high expectations and change

  • Responsible for keeping things moving behind the scenes

  • Navigating pressure that most people don’t see

  • Ready to feel more confident in their role

What We Focus On

  • Performing under pressure without overthinking

  • Communicating clearly with executives and teams

  • Making decisions quickly without second-guessing

  • Staying grounded when everything is moving fast

  • Building mental resilience that carries into all areas of life

Hi, I’m Christi!

My experiences (good and bad) have all led me to becoming a coach. For years I was in leadership roles. From a Fundraising Director to a Non-Profit Executive Director, I didn’t ever feel like I found my career home. When I was presented with the opportunity to become an Executive Assistant for a CEO, I originally thought it would be a shift from the non-profit world to corporate. I was sure surprised to find myself absolutely loving my new role and never looking back.

My coaching journey doesn’t stop with EAs. I am also a sprint coach for track and field. Year after year, I have the privilege to work side by side with athletes. Yes, I am also a performance coach for athletes too, where we work not only on physical training to execute their talents, but also their mindset.

We all manage pressure inside and outside of work. And my passion…No…My Purpose…is to walk alongside you to build your career, balance your journey, and celebrate you when you say “I got this.”

Pressure with Clarity

In this episode of The Achieve Podcast, I discuss performing under pressure and building confidence—skills that continue to shape my work coaching Executive Assistants today.
